First we trim and file the nails, followed by a soak in soapy water. The cuticles are then gently pushed back. We then give a hand and arm massage. Finally the nails are buffed to help promote health and strength.

The feet are first soaked in soapy peppermint water. We then use a scrub to start to loosen any hard skin. The nails are cut and filed, and the cuticles are gently pushed back. Any remaining hard skin is removed with a file. We complete the treatment with a foot and leg massage.
